We are committed to creating excellent software and services to bring more help and better interactive experience to users.

3.1 Weather Forecast & Live Radar (hereinafter referred to as Weather) services include:

- Update weather conditions in real time, check the latest and accurate weather forecast anytime, anywhere.

- 24 hours, today, tomorrow, and next 15 days weather forecast.

- Global weather forecast

- Complete weather information: location time, temperature, air pressure, weather conditions, visibility, relative humidity, precipitation in different units, dew point, wind speed and direction

- Weather Disaster Warning: Predict severe weather, get weather warnings and take early preventive measures.

- Weather notification bar: updated in real time, you don't need to open the weather app or go back to your desktop to check the weather.

- Manage weather reports for multiple cities

Weather provides users with "free" and paid services. In our free app, ads are displayed. Within the scope of these advertisements, personal data may be collected or used in order to be able to serve you relevant advertisements.

3.2 Local Weather - Launcher&Radar (hereinafter referred to as Weather Launcher) services include:

-Multi-style weather warning:Whether it's a rainstorm, snowstorm or hurricane, we'll send you alerts so you can take timely action to avoid extreme weather.

-Weather notification bar：With real-time updates, you don't need to open the Weather app or go back to your desktop to check the weather.

There are several ways you can choose and control your privacy settings. For example, when you enable the App Services feature, you will be asked to allow access to location data. Once identified, the app can access location-specific information. You can disable access to your location for specific applications at any time in your mobile device's settings. Similarly, you can also choose to turn on or off other permissions to agree/disagree to access your data, but this may affect your use of certain functions. In all of our services, you can control what information we collect and how we use your information by adjusting your privacy settings.

4.Information Access, Collection or Sharing

Certain types of user data are collected or shared when you use Weather products and services. In principle, the use of data adopts the practice of protecting user privacy and security.

4.1Weather Forecast Live Radar (hereinafter referred to as Weather) may collect these types of data

1) Location information, approximate location and precise location. To provide accurate and latest weather updates for your location, this app uses location including when the app is closed or not in use. Location data is used to provide the forecast and alerts for your exact location. You can change the selection in your device's system settings at any time. Please check the Privacy Policy before use.

We collect information ("Location Information") from you when you voluntarily provide us with information or access or use our Services. Used to support the core functionality of the application, showing the weather at your location. We or third-party service providers used to provide services on our behalf may also collect data such as location (which may or may not be precise).Your location information will be parsed into latitude and longitude data before uploading, and the network used for uploading is encrypted. The location information will only be stored in the local database, and if you clean the data or uninstall the application, we will delete the previously stored data.We use industry-leading security technology to process and protect the information. When we transmit this information, the network used has encrypted processing.

For Android 10 and above users, the foreground location permission is used to get the current location in the app. Grant background location permission to update your current location even after you exit the app for the most accurate weather information. For users with Android 10 or below, there is no distinction between foreground and background permissions, and you can update the latest location and weather information anytime and anywhere after authorization.

2) Device information. When you use the Services, we collect device-specific information (such as a mobile phone, computer, or tablet) (identifiers associated with a specific device, browser, or app, such as IMEI identifiers, MAC addresses, Widevine device IDs, Firebase installations ID or Advertising Identifier.)

3) Apply interactive information. User behavior collected through app interactions. In order to provide an adaptive home screen experience and improve our products, we may collect information about the types of applications you open or use on your device through some of our services.

The Firebase-SDK (Software Development Kit) may collect information about the app version, device type, OS version, point of time when the app was installed, and the user's age, gender, and interest groups. As well as information during application usage, event-driven data such as application installation and launch, application crashes, and activity triggers such as in-app purchases.

By using our application, you consent to the processing of the data collected by you and for the purposes described above by Google.

4.2 Local Weather - Launcher&Radar (hereinafter referred to as Weather Launcher) may collect these types of data

5.Use of Information and User Data
