Explain your rights and obligations when using the application and services as they govern your use of our services.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by, accept and abide by these Terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Services.
If you do not agree to (do not accept) this Agreement, or you do not agree to at least one of the terms of this Agreement, then you do not have permission to access, download, install or use the Application, and you must immediately stop downloading, installing the Application and downloading it from Delete (delete) the application on any mobile device that you own or control.

Weather Forecast & Live Radar (hereinafter referred to as Weather) services include:
- Update weather conditions in real time, check the latest and accurate weather forecast anytime, anywhere.
- 24 hours, today, tomorrow, and next 15 days weather forecast.
- Global weather forecast
- Complete weather information: location time, temperature, air pressure, weather conditions, visibility, relative humidity, precipitation in different units, dew point, wind speed and direction
- Weather Disaster Warning: Predict severe weather, get weather warnings and take early preventive measures.
- Weather notification bar: updated in real time, you don't need to open the weather app or go back to your desktop to check the weather.
- Manage weather reports for multiple cities
- We may access some sensitive permissions with your consent in order to provide you with functional services.
- We may use automated systems to analyze your information in order to provide you with personalized services and personalized advertising.
Local Weather - Launcher&Radar (hereinafter referred to as Weather Launcher) services include:
-Accurate radar monitoring:This feature enables you to monitor weather information such as storms, rainfall and receive up-to-date local severe weather alerts so you can plan your travel activities scientifically.
-AI Life Planner：Our AI Life Planner provide you with accurate and intelligent weather advice.
-Rich Weather Information:Our product not only provides basic weather forecasts, but also temperature, wind speed, humidity, visibility, etc.
-Multi-style weather warning:Whether it's a rainstorm, snowstorm or hurricane, we'll send you alerts so you can take timely action to avoid extreme weather.
-Weather notification bar：With real-time updates, you don't need to open the Weather app or go back to your desktop to check the weather.
We are always developing new technologies and new features to improve our services. In order to achieve continuous improvement, we sometimes add or remove certain features, increase or decrease the limitations of services, introduce new services, or stop providing old services.
If we make material changes that negatively impact your experience with the service, or if we will stop providing the service, except in emergency situations (for example, to combat abuse, respond to legal requests, or address security concerns), we will notify you provide reasonable advance notice and operational issues).
1. When you create an account with us, you must always provide us with accurate, complete and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Services.

4. Your use of the Apps and Services does not violate any applicable laws. You agree to maintain accurate information by providing Weather Studio updates as needed. You agree that we may use and rely on all information you provide in connection with your use of the Services in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If the information you provide is inaccurate, not current, false, misleading or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is inaccurate, not current, false, misleading or incomplete, we have the absolute right to terminate in our sole discretion or suspend your access to the service and your account (which will also result in the inability to use the app). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 5. Rent, distribute, license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer or otherwise commercially exploit the Services or Applications, or provide the Services or Applications to third parties without exceeding the limitations of this Agreement;
6. Use the service or application for time-sharing or service bureau purposes or otherwise for the benefit of a third party;
7. Not to create any links or images that contain or have access to the Application or any content in the Application Service or Application; violates any applicable local, state, federal or foreign laws relating to your use of the Service or Application Convention , treaties or regulations, which may include, but are not limited to, the Personal Information Protection and Canadian Electronic Documents Act (Canada) and similar provincial legislation and other laws that apply to your privacy, publicity, data protection, electronic communications and anti-spam laws .
This license will automatically terminate if you violate any of the terms. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to delete any content you post through the Services and to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without liability to you.
Your access to and use of the Services or any Content is at your own risk. You understand and agree that the Services are provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

(3) Weather 365 Days makes no warranties, representations, conditions or statements, express or implied, with respect to the Services (including, but not limited to, the APP), including, but not limited to, warranties or conditions of quality, performance, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
(4) The deletion or failure to store or transmit any content and other communications maintained by the Services.
(5) Whether the Services will meet your requirements or be available for uninterrupted, secure or error-free use. no advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from corporate entities or through the services shall create any warranty not expressly made herein.
We may change the Services without notice; discontinue providing or using the Services to you or users in general; or create usage restrictions for the Services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Services for any reason without notice and liability, including if we unilaterally determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement, or for no reason at all. You will continue to be bound by this Agreement after termination for any reason or for no reason at all. You are responsible for all mobile data usage arising out of your use of the Services. Please consult your mobile carrier for your plan, data rate charges and limitations. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users. The Company is not responsible for your interactions with other users or the actions or inactions of any user.

Price: $2.99/month
• Payment will be charged to Google Pay Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. You can enjoy advanced features after subscribing.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
The Application may link you to other websites on the Internet and to contracted third parties in order to provide certain services to you. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content of any website or mobile application to which links to the Application exist (unless we are the provider of such linked website or mobile application). Such linked sites and mobile applications are provided "as is" for your convenience only and no warranty, express or implied, is made with respect to the information provided therein.

If you have any questions, concerns or complaints about such third party website or mobile application (including, but not limited to, inquiries, concerns or complaints related to products, product orders, defective products and refunds), you must direct them to the operator of such third party website or mobile application.
Term. The term of this Agreement ("Term") will commence once you agree to this Agreement and you may begin using the Application and Services. This Agreement will remain in effect.
We encourage you to check carefully for updates each time; we will always assume that you agree to the terms and conditions currently in effect when you continue to use our products or services.
